Our food-beer pairing day was a phenomenal success, thanks to our amazing partners from three of Nice’s most exciting young restaurants.

CHUN WONG FROM RESTO ALTO

IPA pairing: Salmon-bass tartare, lemon paste, fermented cucumber and buffalina

Amber pairing: Duck breast in 5-spice, carrot-cumin purée and date paste

KANA FROM MAIDO

Amber Pairing: Gyozas (Japanese raviolis), Kakuni (Fondant porc belly) and marinated mackerel.

THOMAS HUBERT FROM OLIVE ET ARTICHAUT

Amber Pairing: Tuna Tataki, sesame and soya vinaigrette and wasabi peas.
